WHAT IT IS

The Zeppelin Air Recovery Application is an application that has been designed exclusively to restore normal operation to a Zeppelin Air that has become unresponsive and exhibits one of the following LED states:

• Purple flashing LED after setup and unable to perform a reset via the rear panel Reset button.
• Constant White LED after a firmware update.
• Red flashing LED.

This application will restore the software in the Zeppelin Air to its default state. On completion, proceed to configure the Zeppelin Air to your local network for AirPlay, by following the setup guides available for download here.

Please note that this update requires a USB A-B cable (more commonly used with printers) to connect the Zeppelin Air to your Mac or PC for this application to work.

NOTE: On some Windows PCs the application may not detect the Zeppelin Air. If it does not detect the unit and displays the error message "Could not recover Zeppelin Air." please refer to the guides below to manually install the necessary drivers for the application to complete the recovery.
