If proof of purchase is not submitted online, the receipt must be faxed to 800-681-0673 for warranty repair or replacement. Be sure to reference the REQUEST ID which will be provided when this form is submitted, to ensure the receipt gets applied to this request.
In order to provide the fastest service possible, we require a preapproved estimate of 2 hours labor plus return shipping for all non-warranty repairs. Labor rates are $75/hr for Rotel and B&W, and $90/hr for Classe repairs. An estimate will be provided for any repairs that exceed this amount for the repair cost (excluding return shipping).
This repair is approved up to $150 (B&W/Rotel) or $180 (Classe) plus return shipping.
